Life Power (CHN) team building organization has been providing experiential Team Building since 1999. We devote to empower corporations to build their professional team.
We are the first membership organization of -AEE（Association for Experiential Education）in China.

How we do?
☆Training demand investigation:
communicate with corporations to understand and analyze their demands ,and then set training targets accordingly.
☆Curriculum design:
Making appropriate training plans for corporations→ Further communication→ Deeper mutual intercourse→ Adjustments of training programs→ Confirmation of training plans
☆Training implementation process:
Warm-up→Project execution→Integrating closely with clients demands through experiencing, sharing, communication as well as conforming→Retrospect & Sum-up.
☆Tracking of training feedbacks:
to end training course→participants to score the training→to collect and summarize evaluation forms→to follow up the after-training effect on work
